Can I try MrSearch for free?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial on every plan — no credit card required. You get full access during the trial.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade directly in the interface — you get access to the new features immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
What happens if I exceed my number of projects or prompts?
You’ll get a notification before you reach the limit. No surprises on the invoice. When it’s time to scale up, you can upgrade right away.
Is there a lock-in period?
No. A monthly plan is exactly that — month to month. With an annual plan you get 20% off and can still cancel before the next period.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), invoice for annual plans, and Stripe for international payments. For enterprise we offer custom invoicing.
Do you support agencies with multiple clients?
Yes. ULTRA supports multiple projects in parallel and separate reporting per client. For larger agencies we have custom solutions.
Are prices including VAT?
The prices above exclude VAT. Swedish companies are charged 25% VAT. For EU companies with a valid VAT number, no VAT is added.
